Bio
Paul Abwao was born in 1960, he grew up in Mombasa and now lives in Nairobi. A painter, graphic and web designer. He uses acrylic colour as a painting medium. During his earlier years he studied Art and Design at the University of Nairobi, he focused in the use of watercolours, but since the introduction of acrylic colour Paul admits to having now acquired a painting technique that combines the best of both worlds.

Paul paints what he terms realism and abstracted subjects and this include many Kenyan landscape scenes and people derived from experience and travel. In many of Paul’s landscapes there can be found a distinctive us of motion and dust in the dry African savannah, impressionism, and the use of impasto technic is key.

Vision
Delivering impact to environmental conservation through visual art, by creating visual art that will serve as a vehicle, which invites the viewer to step back take a deep breath and reconnect with themselves.

Provide a complete service for the design, installation and maintenance of an information and marketing based e-commerce portal for visual artists in Kenya
